Saturdays: $1895

Our Vintage package is the perfect choice for those who want to include family and friends in a memorable and intimate setting. The package includes the wedding ceremony and officiant, bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonnière, wedding cake, celebration toast, one room for pre prep dressing. Duration of 1 ½ hours from ceremony start time to guest's departure. You may include up to 30 guests to join your ceremony. Additional guests are $18 per person. A professional wedding coordinator is included to assist in the planning and orchestration of your wedding.   Your wedding date for this package may be secured with a $300 deposit.

Just the Two of Us Elopement Package   $895                                    

This intimate and private package includes the wedding ceremony and officiant, witnesses, bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonnière, wedding cake, celebration toast. Up to four guests are allowed to participate in this package should you prefer to use your own witnesses. A wedding coordinator to assist in the planning and orchestration of your special day.    Your wedding date for this package may be secured with a $300 deposit. 

NEW! Ceremony Only For Just the Two of You.  $350  Ceremony may be held on the beach with feet in the sand.

PRIVATE RESERVE WEDDING PACKAGE $3,195

Saturdays $3,695

This package is designed to include the following items and services for up to 30 guests in a 2 ½ hour duration. The following time frame will give you a general idea of what transpires during your event at a relaxed and well-orchestrated pace. Extra guests will be charged a $29 fee per person. Your wedding date for this package may be secured with a $600 deposit. . A 2 ½ hour timeline approximately as follows: Ceremony duration 15-20 minutes, congratulation and guest greetings 10 minutes, Formal Photographs 15-30 minutes, appetizers, drinks, socializing, celebration toast and cake cutting, and couple’s first dance for the balance of the duration.

The Private Reserve Package Include the Following:

♥ Officiant/Minister, ceremony and ceremony site set-up
♥ Bridal bouquet and Groom’s boutonnière.
♥ Altar vases with sea grasses.
♥ Table linens, napkins and centerpieces.

All-Inclusive Large "Signature Wedding" Package $12,900     Saturdays $13, 500. (Limited amount scheduled each year)

A limited number of Signature Weddings are available for reservation at Stone Crest Cellars through out the year.

An All-Inclusive wedding package for up to 60 guests that is uniquely designed for each couple.       (additional guests are a per person fee)   

Our Signature Wedding Package includes the following:

  • Exclusive use for a 4 ½ hour duration with 1 hour pre-prep for wedding party.  All set up and clean up.
  • Minister or officiate: Our on-site officiants have performed over 800 ceremonies. Each ceremony is customized from religious, non-denominational, non-religious with focus on relationships and the spirit of love.
  • Wedding Party Floral: Bridal bouquet, Groom’s boutonniere, attendant’s bouquets, & boutonnières, mother’s/father’s/grandparent’s corsages & boutonnières. Couples may choose flowers of their choice. Some flowers are seasonal and may not be available.
  • Ceremony & reception décor: Table centerpieces, table linens & napkins with extensive color choices.
    Extra touches for ceremony site such as aisle runners, decorated pergola, flower arrangements, ceremony décor.
  • Reception Food: Appetizers from our extensive menu options. Special dietary needs are accommodated. Non alcoholic drinks, ice tea & punch. 
  • Wedding Cake and cake service: An abundant of cake & filling flavors, with endless options of cake designs.
  • Music: Ceremony & Reception music with inside & outside speaker system equipped for CD, I Pod, or Digital Music DJ, Wireless microphone for amplification of ceremony. Extensive repertoire of individual or group musicians is available for the ceremony & reception as well. Alternative entertainment is also available should you prefer a non-dancing reception. Dance floor.
  • Tables and chairs: Round or rectangle tables, premier white wooden folding padded chairs. Chair sashes are also available.

ALA CARTE PREMIERE WEDDING PACKAGE  $3,200 Saturdays $3,500  Check for availability. Limited number of Ala Carte weddings per year.

This package is designed for those couples who may already have selected other services such as photographer, officiant, etc. and need to stay within a smaller budget. We can provide you with any services you may need keeping within your set budget. The site fee include the following items and services for up to 60 guests.   Your wedding date for this package may be secured with a $600 deposit.

The Premiere Wedding Package includes the following:

♥ Exclusive use of the facility for your event. Four & ½ Hours duration from ceremony start time to guest’s departure.
♥ 1 hour pre–prep for wedding party.
♥ Inside/Outside speaker and amplifying, wireless microphone system for amplifying ceremony or playlist on your Pod/Smartphone
♥ Premium white padded chairs, round or rectangle tables and choice of a vast selection of table linens and napkins.
♥ Cake cutting service.
♥ Dance floor.
♥ Set up of chairs & tables. Clean up   
♥ Wedding specialist and coordinator to guide you through the planning process and orchestration the day of your event
♥ Two rooms for pre-prep dressing. 

Our Catering service is extra and is in addition to the site fee. Catering costs includes all dishes, flatware and wait staff. Other on-site services are florist, pastry chef and Officiant. Preferred vendors for photography, music, entertainment and guest transportation services are available for an additional cost. We are sorry, but due to health department regulations, no outside caterers or food are allowed. Only our preferred vendors. Other than catering, You may choose to use our preferred vendors or provide your own.  Couples may provide alcohol for your event. A bar charge of $40 per hour includes server & bar setup.

Wedding Policies

Wedding Policies

Your Wedding At Stone Crest Cellars Bed & Breakfast

Reservations: Until the deposit is received all date reservations are considered tentative.  Prices are subject to change without notice until a signed agreement is submitted and/or confirmation is sent. Final payment for all wedding services is due 10 days in advance of your event.

Alcohol: Wine, beer & hard alcohol may be served at your event.   Alcohol:  STONE CREST allows you to provide your own alcohol there will be a bar charge of $40 per hour with a two hour minimum. Includes complete bar set up and server. All packages over 3 hours requires that you purchase an event insurance rider for $1,000,000 (one million dollars), naming SCCBB as an additional insured.

Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable 15 days after initial booking.  Cancellations received less than 120 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.  Date changes incur no penalty and are based upon availability. This policy is strictly enforced.

Rehearsals: Rehearsal are not included in any package. We orchestrate the wedding day so no need for a rehearsal.  Simple procession begins from top deck with a short walk to altar.

Maximum Guest Count: Our maximum capacity of 80 guests or less has been established for reasons of safety, health, liability, wear and noise level.  All guests ages 2 and above are considered in the guest count.

Catering:  SCCB & B personal chef services must be utilized or approved vendor. Final guest count is due 7 days in advance of the event.

Ceremonies: All ceremonies must begin no later than 6PM and MUST be approved in advance by SCCBB. For Delayed start of ceremonies due to client or guest will not be extended.  There also may be an additional fee of  made payable to the officiant. We encourage all to arrive promptly to ensure ceremony start time is not delayed.   Officiant may have another commitment for which late starts would impact her availability to extend time.

Substitutions: We understand each couple is unique so we are flexible with some services. Our  packages do not give a credit for providing your own officiant. 

Photography: We can recommend local photogrpahers who are affordable for any ceremony.

Guest Policies: We are unable to accommodate visitors on the grounds or in the rooms other than your schedule event times.  For the purpose of our staff setting up for your event, we ask that your Guests arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before ceremony time.  Guests who arrive early will be asked to return at the appropriate time. All guests must be off premises at event conclusion.  Lingering guests will result in an additional fee of $250.

Lodging: No lodging is available for wedding couples.

Smoking: is ONLY permitted in designated outside areas. 

Children: Children must be supervised at all time. Unattended children will not be allowed and can be very disruptive to the flow of your event.   We do not provide child supervision so please be sure your parents understand our child policy.  Children ages 2 years and above are considered in your guest count.

Pets: We are pet lovers but we cannot accommodate guest’s pets in the venue.

Miscellaneous: No confetti, silly spray, bird seed or glitter.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We promote our services without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientations or national origin.   Guests are responsible for knowing all policies and guidelines.

****We remind all guests this is our home and private residence as well as our business which, we open up and share with guests. We LOVE what we do and are very grateful to be part of so many wonderful folk's special day.  Because we take great pride in what we do and expend great effort to ensure a flawless occasion, our services are greatly requested.   We feel blessed but do put in many hours a day, especially during peak visitor season. We had our wedding at StoneCrest Cellars and were delighted at every turn. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but every detail was taken care of. Beforehand, it was easy to select everything from our food, cake, and vows, with a very helpful questionnaire that walked us down the right path yet left plenty of room for adding anything we would have liked. Arriving at our wedding day, it was better than we ever could have imagined. Judy and the photographer led us through the evening so we were always in the right place at the right time. It felt like a fairy tale, we didn't miss a single thing and had a fantastic time. The ceremony was warm, the food was high-quality, the cake was delicious, and we had a fantastic time dancing. When we headed to our room for the evening, it was both beautiful and they'd placed all our luggage and some of our decor there to tie it into our theme. Every little touch was taken care of behind the scenes. And breakfast the next morning was delicious. The photos came a few weeks later in the mail, and we were very pleased. They captured shots all over the grounds, and my personal favorite was a black and white of us sitting on the stairs and relaxing together. I don't know whether you're supposed to tip wedding services, but we did just because we were so incredibly pleased and we'd made the memories of a lifetime. Stone Crest Cellars was great throughout the whole process. Both my wife and I have very demanding jobs and are located out of state and Judy and her staff were great with helping coordinate all of the details and helping keep us sane as the inevitable pre-wedding stress developed. I would highly recommend Stone Crest Cellars as a wedding venue because it is a beautiful venue and the staff know what they are doing from start to finish. Our wedding group was about 50 people and everybody had a great time. Judy made our day absolutely perfect. We arrived the day before and stayed in their cottage. It was a perfect little place for the eve of our wedding. The day of the wedding she was very helpful and catered to all of our needs. We stayed in the Sunset Suite that night. It is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. It was exactly what I had pictured down to the flowers and the cake. We are so glad we found this place. We can't wait to see all the pictures!

POLICIES of Inclusive Photographer of wedding packages

Client has spent time reviewing Vendor’s work and has a reasonable expectation that Vendor will perform the Services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified.

Vendor will use reasonable efforts to ensure Client's desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with Vendor's current portfolio and Vendor will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by Client. However, Client understands and agrees that:

 

1.)    Family and friends of the Bride & Groom are permitted to take photographs as long as they do not interfere with the Photographer’s duties and do not take images of poses arranged by Photographer. Photographer is not responsible for the quality or quantity of photographs if any persons are late to session or if cameras and video cameras are used by anyone during formal pictures.

2.)    Moments. Photographing any specific moment is not guarantee by Photographer. The client may present Photographer with a list of suggested photos, but the Photographer is unable to guarantee those photos.

3.)    Images will be given to client in the form of Jpeg.  If raw images are given it will be by the consent of the photographer and, photographer will not be responsible for any further editing or quality of images shared.

4.)    Every client and wedding is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;

5.)    Photography services are often a subjective art and Vendor has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique; Editing images is at the sole discretion of the photographer.

6.)    Vendor will use its artistic judgment when providing Services for Client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions;

7.)    Although Vendor will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the Services, Vendor shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services;

8.)    Dissatisfaction with Vendor's aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.

9.)    In the event that digital images are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail, or otherwise damaged or lost without fault of the photographer, appropriated monies will be refunded.  There are always a small percentage of images that are not qualified as representation of the photographers final edited work and any images that are lost due to the discretion of the editing process are not subject to any refund.

 

WEDDING CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation Policy: Date reservation deposits are non-refundable after15 days of initial payment.  Any notice of cancellation received after 15 days shall result in a forfeiture of deposit And 50% of any other payments made. Cancellations made within 60 days of your event date will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Rescheduling your date has no penalties and is based upon availability.   Dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received in full.

Accidents and Indemnity by Applicant.  Applicant shall defend and indemnify SCCB & B and hold SCCB & B harmless from any and all liability, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any act, omission, or negligence of Applicant, or the officers, contractors, licensees, agents, servants, employees, guests, invitees, or visitors of the Applicant in or about the premises; or arising from any accident, injury or damage, howsoever and by whomsoever caused, to any person or property occurring in or about the premises.  SCCB & B shall not be liable for any loss or damage to person(s) or property sustained by Applicant, or other persons, caused by the building or improvements, or any appurtenances thereto, being out of repair or by the bursting or leakage of any water, sewer, or any theft or vandalism; or by any other cause of whatever nature.                                                                  

Impossibility of Performance:  SCCB & B shall be released of its obligations to perform under this Agreement in the event of the sale of property, Acts of God, including flooding, inability to obtain labor and materials or reasonable substitutes for labor and materials, governmental restrictions, governmental regulations, governmental controls, judicial orders, enemy or hostile governmental actions, civil commotions, fire or other casualty, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of SCCB & B.
