Event Reservations: To reserve the date for your event at Stone Crest Cellars Bed & Breakfast we require a signed agreement as well as a deposit.  Until the deposit is received all date reservations are considered tentative.  Prices are subject to change without notice until a signed agreement is submitted. Final payment for all wedding services is due 10 days in advance of your event.

Site Visits: We are often holding events and therefore schedule appointments for site visits & consultations.

Alcohol: Wine, beer & hard alcohol may be served at your event.  All bars are customized to each event. An extensive list includes local, regional, international & value priced wine & beer. Client can select price points,  choose a hosted or no host bar as well as set bar limits on a hosted bar.

Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable 15 days after initial booking.  Cancellations received less than 120 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.  Date changes incur no penalty and are based upon availability. This policy is strictly enforced.

Maximum Guest Count: Our maximum capacity of 70 guests or less has been established for reasons of safety, health, liability, wear and noise level. On occasion we will consider a greater number of guests and is addressed on an individual basis.

Catering:  SCCB & B catering must be utilized. No outside catering is allowed.

Ceremonies: All ceremonies must begin no later than 6PM and must be approved in advance of printing invitations.

Substitutions: Our all-inclusive wedding packages can be adjusted to fit your needs. Credits will not be given if you provide your own officiant. Providing your own photographer allows a $150 credit.

Guest Policies: We are unable to accommodate visitors on the grounds or in the rooms other than your schedule event times.  For the purpose of our staff setting up for your event, we ask that your Guests arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before ceremony time.  Guests who arrive early will be asked to return at the appropriate time. All guests must be off premises at event conclusion. SCC B & B closes at 11PM.  Lingering guests will result in an additional fee of $250.

Smoking: is ONLY permitted in designated outside areas.

Children:  We welcome well-behaved and supervised children. Children must be supervised at all time. Unattended children will not be allowed.

Pets:  We are pet lovers but we cannot accommodate guest’s pets in the venue area.

Parking: Our parking areas can accommodate approximately 30 cars.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Any person displaying destructive or belligerent behavior will be escorted off property.
